You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

You may not generate, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, nude, sexually suggestive, or sexually explicit content.

You may not create content involving minors, exploitation, abuse, violence glorification, harassment, hate, or illegal activity.

You may not impersonate individuals, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt fraud, phishing, or malware distribution.

GetSeedance2 uses moderation controls and may block prompts, uploads, or outputs that violate this policy.

Attempts to bypass moderation, safety systems, account limits, or security controls are prohibited.

We may reject generation tasks, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

For severe or repeated violations, we may apply permanent restrictions and process required legal reports.

Violating this policy may lead to loss of access and no refund unless required by law.

If you encounter abusive or prohibited content, contact support with the generation time, model, and related details.

We review reports and take action based on severity and evidence.
