GetSeedance2 provides AI video generation workflows, account tools, and related product features.

Service availability, model options, and features may change over time.

You retain rights to content you upload, and you represent that you have the rights needed to use that content.

You are responsible for generated outputs and how you use them, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Paid plans may renew automatically according to the billing cycle you choose unless you cancel before renewal.

Credits are consumed based on product rules (such as model, duration, and resolution).

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a plan policy.

You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing activities.

You may not interfere with platform security, reverse engineer restricted systems, or bypass usage limits.

You may not generate, upload, request, or distribute NSFW or sexually explicit content, including pornographic or sexualized depictions of real or fictional persons.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which defines prohibited content and enforcement standards.

Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in rejected tasks, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

GetSeedance2, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSeedance2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
